Age 92, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2012, in Lake City, WA. He was born in Tukwila, WA on September 12, 1919. He served Seattle School District as a Principal for over 25 years. He is survived by his wife of almost 65 years, Clara (Campbell) Newton; daughters, Jane Newton and Joann (Robert) Congdon; 4 grandchildren; 3 siblings; many loving extended family and friends.
