Garbage and recyling collection will remain on normal schedule for the Monday Labor Day holiday on Sept. 2.
Seattle Public Utility customers need to put their garbage cans and recylcling bins out by 7 a.m. to make sure they're picked up.
The Recycling and Disposal stations at both North and South locations will be open like usual, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
If you garbage or recylcling isn't collected by 6 p.m. on the day it was supposed to be picked up, report it to www.seattle.gov/util/, or call 206-684-3000.
