Mike and Heather Morelli were in the house celebrating their second wedding anniversary and had no idea they would be helping Teatro ZinZanni celebrate a major milestone moment. Cast members pulled them from the audience, crowned them, draped them with boas and beauty-queen sashes and introduced them as the one-millionth and one-million and first guests since Teatro opened its fabulous spiegeltent in Seattle in 1998. Later, the Morellis told staff members that they thought this was all part of the show and that it happened at Teatro ZinZanni every night! Simultaneously, a similar celebration was underway at our spiegeltent on the Embarcadero in San Francisco. The Morellis will join Teatro for its official 10th anniversary celebrate April 1, 2009. The couple will stay in the Grand Suite at the Marqueen Hotel, ride to the show in style with Blackstone Limousine, and will get to celebrate at TZ with two of their closest friends.
