Operational Emergency Center is throwing a rummage sale and give-away event celebrating Cinco de Mayo.
Each person in attendance will receive their first ten items for free, the next ten items will cost $5, with each additional item beyond the first twenty costing $1 per item.
The OEC, a local non-profit organization, provides help for those in temporary crisis through food and goods, transportation, health outreach and education to families in King County.
