Magnolia United Church of Christ, 3555 W. McGraw St. will host a forum on June 20, 7-9 p.m. on the potential rail shipment of millions of tons of coal through Seattle destined for Asia. Interested in gardening at Magnolia’s first p-patch at Manor Park on 28th West? Plots are assigned by hours donated to making it happen. Construction date 2012. Volunteer now by contacting Susan Casey at 282-3583 or scompost@q.com . Up to 30 plots are on a first come first serve basis. Join the new Magnolia p-patch community in planning and breaking ground.
