The Wallingford Boys & Girls Club celebrated club members, staff, board, volunteers and supporters by honoring them with a dinner and awards ceremony on June 5. The children cooked pasta dinners and arranged Caeser salads for the festive evening.
The front garden courtyard, contributed, designed and developed by Queen Anne Gardens, was finished last fall with the glass finials being installed in January.
Queen Anne Gardens coordinated the work of architects, technicians, craftsmen and local artists. Owner Daniel Lowery and staff also volunteered with many of the club's kids, hosting weekly question and answer workshops during the construction.[[In-content Ad]]
