Queen Anne Helpline is collecting bags of groceries that will be donated to older neighbors to ensure they have a good Thanksgiving. The goal is to collect at least 100 seniors in the community.

Bags should include: two cans of vegetables (one corn, one green bean); a package of mashed potatoes; a package of stuffing/dressing; a can/jar of cranberry sauce; a can/jar/packet of gravy;  two fresh oranges; two fresh apples; a box of instant oatmeal; package of cookies; two individual serving boxes/cans of juice.

The Queen Anne Helpline provides fresh turkey and a slice of pie in each bag. People are welcome to donate to this cost. For more information, or to volunteer, go to www.queenannehelpline.org. Queen Anne Helpline is located at 311 W. McGraw in Queen Anne.
