Magnolia resident Dr. Christopher Davis will discuss his new book, “Compassion Amidst the Chaos: Tales Told by an ER Doc,” at virtual book reading for the Magnolia Rotary Club from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 18 via Zoom.

In “Compassion Amidst the Chaos,” Davis shares some of his most memorable cases from the emergency room during his 35-year career. The book follows his personal journey and lessons learned from his life caring for people in their most vulnerable moments.

Davis graduated with his medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine in 1972. He practiced and taught throughout the United States and Asia and in Washington state from 1996-2019. He and his family moved from Vashon Island to Magnolia in 2015.
