The Seattle Public Library is offering free virtual workshops on various business topics from its Library to Business program, this fall. Library events are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is required for each workshop. People should sign up through the Library’s calendar,

• Using Credit to Get Funding for Your Business — 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Come learn how credit plays a role in getting funding for a business.

• Equity and Belonging for the Entrepreneur — 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 27. Start a startup with an equity and belonging lens by unpacking white identity.

• Family Life for the Entrepreneur — 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 4. Insights and tips for balancing out entrepreneurship and family life.

• When to Hire A Lawyer — 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5. Gain insights on how a lawyer can help navigate the early stages of starting a company.
