The Queen Anne Community Council has several openings on its Board of Trustees and is currently accepting letters of interest from residents. Anyone who lives or works in Queen Anne is eligible. Experience in community and government relations, land use, transportation or communications is desirable, although not required.

People who are interested in serving on the board should send a letter expressing their interest to serve by Nov. 13. Letters can be emailed to or mailed to QACC in care of Pacific Publishing Company 636 S. Alaska St., Suite E2, Seattle, 98108. Letters should be no longer than 300 words and should briefly explain why the writer is interested in serving and what they can contribute to QACC. Elections will take place Dec. 9 at a special meeting via Zoom.

The QACC meets at 7:30 p.m. the first Wednesday of the month, with committee meetings scheduled throughout the month. Board members serve two-year terms and are expected to attend the monthly meetings and become involved in other QACC programs depending on their respective skills and interests.
