Starting this fall and continuing into spring 2016, appraisers from the King County Assessor’s Office will conduct physical inspections of properties (existing residences, residences under construction and vacant parcels) in Queen Anne. Appraisers generally conduct physical inspection from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and are identifiable by their county ID badges.

This annual process allows appraisers to verify and update any property characteristic changes that might have occurred since the last physical inspection.

The Assessor’s Office annually values more than 700,000 properties in King County and physically inspects one-sixth of all properties.

Property owners with questions for the Assessor’s Office should call (206) 296-7300 or email assessor.info@kingcounty.gov.
