Months after an abrupt closure that the company called "temporary," a for lease sign now graces the windows at Tully's Coffee in lower Queen Anne.

While the 150 W. Harrison St. location remains listed on the Seattle-based chain’s website, the shop has been closed since early March, citing “unforeseen circumstances,” as reason for the sudden shutdown. The same notice was posted at several other shops.

“We value your business and look forward to serving you again soon,” read a sign posted at that time. “We apologize for any inconvenience.”

That sign has since been replaced by ones that say, “space available,” by the building’s owner, Martin Selig Real Estate.

We have requests out to both the coffee chain and the property owner for more information.
