King County Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) and Seattle Parks and will consider all of the suggestions, concerns and comments received. For example, WTD and Seattle Parks are still assessing how the proposed security gate would be opened, the potential for dropping off visitors and the potential for parking and drop-off access when the visitor center is closed.

The agencies will present an update on the project on Dec. 11 at the Discovery Park Visitor Center (3801 Discovery Park Blvd.), beginning at 6 p.m. A discussion will follow the presentation.
