Permit applications

3416 22ND AVE. W. (3016037) for a Land Use Application to allow a three-story, five-unit residential structure. Surface parking for six vehicles to be provided. Existing structures to be demolished. Environmental review includes future unit-lot subdivision. The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. 2808 14TH AVE. W. (3016103) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units has been approved under Project No. 6333953. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Short Subdivision to create four unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Permit decisions

1401 W. NICKERSON ST. (3014670) on a Land Use Application to allow a change of use of the first floor of Building C (North Building) from retail and office to four residential units (for a total of 28 units) and indoor sports and recreation (accessory to residential units). Project also includes change of use of the first floor of Building D (Middle Building) from office to seven residential units (for a total of 53 units). The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Administrative Conditional Use to allow expansion of residential use in a Commercial 2 zone granted; Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on April 4, 2013, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Nov. 14.
